Will be short and to the point, Mark Four Does not care for customer nor their employees. I know for sure as I worked there once. When a problem happens, it is so easy to turn the other cheek and let someone else deal with it and Mark Four (Fairfield office) are really good at doing so. How about trying to pick up the phone at the office and MAYBE returning a phone call now and then to these poor customers you have already gotten there money and not completed jobs. NOT a good way to run a bussiness. I could name some names but those who read this from that office WILL know who they are.
