Okay, so my child goes to this Walmart in Richmond, Texas by the Wharton County Junior College and gas station, and wants to play some games at the "GamePlay" and I give her a few quarters to play them. A machine takes almost all of her quarters, so she asked me if she could ask the lady at costumer service to help. I told her that they didn't do refunds for lost quarters, but she continued on anyway. So she goes into costumer service, and the lady behind the counter is chewing gum loudly with her mouth open. So my daughter anyway goes and asks, "M'am, I lost a couple quarters in the Gameplay machines, can I" and the lady stops her and rudely says with an attitude with her hand on her hip and like she didn't care, "We are NOT in charge of those machines!". My daughter came out crying almost, saying the lady hurt her feelings. Never go to customer service again... And don't send your child either. I am going to report this lady.
