James Castalano They are charging me $1,800 for a bill I have not recieved and they are threating me with the DA or police

These people (Preferred Platinum) is trying to charge me $1,800 for some phone entertainment calls that I know nothing about. They are also threating me with the DA office and Local police dept. The guy that has been calling me is James Castalano saying he is a detective and he can analize my voice over the phone with a device. I have asked him numerous time to send me a bill in the mail and he keeps saying that he can only fax it to me but I do not have a fax machine or a way to a fax machine. He also said the only way i can make a paymen is electronic check, credit card or western union. The city he gave me in California, there is not a city by that name in California. He is scaring me and getting on my nerves. Can you guys help me?
