To make a long story short. I was told they authorized a lease. I sent them payment in full. 3-4 weeks later they say they can no longer do the deal. If I want to get my money back they have to be paid 10% of the funds I sent in plus release them from any future legal action. I have perfect business and personal credit. I was approved by another leasing company within 48 hours and received funds wiithin 7 days.
In my opinion CapitalWerks, LLC and Preferred Lease is a total fraud just making money collecting fees. You have to wonder about someone that says we will give you 90% of your money back but you have to agree not to seek any legal action aginst us.
CapitalWerks, LLC and Preferred Lease = scam. Just my opinion.
