I was told i could shortsale my home and i have a contract since 6/26, all i have received is no answers. My file was with an employee who is no longer worked there for 3 weeks and after several people who do not know why my loan was just sold and i received a letter from you saying i have been approved i am homeless and do not know what is going on the contract said house had to be empty by closing within 45 days.
