Mortgage Rip Off-Closed on a home, moved in, later kicked out

First, the approval process was a long wait. Every two weeks BOA was asking for more information. I kept asking them if anything else was needed for my file because I was living in temporary housing due to an out of state move. Therefore, I wanted this process done quickly.instead of requesting the information, they would wait and ask for a piece at a time. When I was finally approved, my closing was delayed for months because I originally put in a contract on the home in September. First, I was told that I would have to bring no money to closing based on the loan I had. The day before the actual closing, I was told that instead of bringing no money to closing that I would need to bring $2,500.By this time, I was fed up with the process so I agreed to pay it. November I signed the closing paperwork and received the keys on a Friday. Therefore, I moved in that weekend. A few days later, I received an email from the closing attorney office stating BOA wanted to change the terms of the loan. The closing attorney stated they informed BOA that no changes can be made because I had closed on the loan. To make a long story short, BOA and the closing attorney went back and forth for four months. During the four months, I was living in the home. BOA was telling me that they were fixing everything and not to worry. However, BOA never paid the sellers. As a result, I received a letter from the sellers stating that I had to move immediately. The sellers were willing to wait longer if BOA gave them a letter stating that the loan will be funded. BOA would only give me verbal confirmation that they will fund. BOA said that I was no longer approved for the loan becuase the loan terms had changed. My family and I was forced to move into a one bedroom and put all furniture in storage. I lost $50,000 of down payment assistance (not funded by BOA). I eventually received my money given at closing back after several phone calls. I hired a lawyer who also was given the run around by BOA. She claims that there is grounds for a lawsuit but she is moving too slow. I am speaking with another lawyer now. I will never do business with BOA on any level again. They cannot be trusted and do not care about customers. Even my loan officer was shady. She and her boss stop taking my calls.
