Signed contract on a home Jan 7th few days after Bank of America granted a pre-approval on a home loan. Of course the "underwriters" want to see your life history and Lord help you if you make a deposit to your account even as small as 50.00 without a signed letter of where it came from and why. Well, its the 29 of April and still no loan everytime we talk to BOA its that they need one more thing. Its too the point I've had to get 3 extensions on my contract at 375.00 ea for 15 days per... No return of funds. I am about to loose my contract at a personal los of several thousand dollars due to incompetent people. So I suggest you use like USAA or someone like them.
