Worst Banking Experience I have ever had! - First Convenience Bank

I will absolutely be closing my account immediately from this "business"
I called to find out why my cash deposit I made a day earlier had not gone through and I was currently overdrawn; after being on hold for 50 minutes while corporate was on hold with the branch I deposited the money into, my husband finally had to call the store the branch was located in.
Their exact response was that branch "doesnt answer phone calls, they let it go to automated response only" we kindly let them know it was corporate calling and they conveniently answered then.
All to tell me cash deposits dont go through the next day. Well it was SEVEN P.M., when exactly DO you deposit?!! The corporate customer service rep also said there was no pending deposit or proof of ANY deposit having been made, so that was a FLAT out LIE!
I then asked to be transferred to corporate supervisor to make a formal complaint and she tried to FIGHT me on this! Telling me, your phone call MUST have been made before 5 and that was why it wasnt showing up yet.
My nifty little phone shows where I called at 5:47 P.M. And was still on the phone with her at 7 P.M., so no you twit, your company screwed up and are trying to lie their way out of it!
I am in shock at the poor business ethics of this company and will be sure to let EVERYONE I can all about it!
