Citi has done things to my account without notifying me. First they took away my thank you points b/c they felt that i needed direct deposit and a bill payer to earn points which are no longer through my purchases. They sent out misleading disclosures which indicated that I had to have more than $600 in my account (which was not the problem) what they failed to let me know was that my checking account needed to be changed. When I went to a branch a "branch manager" told me that my account was enrolled in a no fee account and I did not have to worry about anything. To top it all off... I started getting Fees of $12 a month! The rep indicated that I shouldnt have gotten charged and waived the fees... Next statement cycle I see another fee! Which a different rep indicated that I did not have the correct account associated with the disclosures that were sent out AND THEN I asked to close my account and they did not offer to make things better when they have kept fucking up! Bad for profit organization! ANYONE WITH A BANK PLEASE GO TO A CREDIT UNION... People helping people is the way to go not people dumping cash in accounts that are for profit.
