I had originally dealt with one woman back in June. Our info was turned over to a second woman. Would love to name names but I won't. BOA was informed in July that closing could not take place on 8/31 but could on 8/30. On 8/29, we did not know if we would close on 8/30. I told them we had to know so we could make arrangements to leave early from work to make closing but still we did not know. We both left early on 8/30 to make closing at 3 pm. When I got home at 2 pm I had a voice mail message from the closing saying because he did not have docs from BOA, we would not close at 3. I contacted one person at BOA but she didn't care. She did nothing to make it happen. I contacted her supervisor who also did nothing. She did not even have the courtesy to respond to me. I contacted the person I dealt with in June and she did something. We finally closed at 6:30. It was an unpleasant experience. The made me waste my leave from work.
