I was trying to order dried poppies from this site, made my selection and when i went to checkout i put my address in, then credit card info. It said denied! It said my shipping info didnt match what the credit card co had for me (it was a debit not credit card) i tried to correct what i may have done wrong, it kept saying denied. I said screw it. And ordered elsewhere. Done. I was awoke the next day to my girlfriend saying wheres all our money?!
I looked at my debit statement, and there were 3charges from the co. That denied me for $109 each! Wtf? Email after email, no reply. What gets me is they charged me for 3 half pounds! Ok, a whole pound cost $198. If i was going to spend that much, i would of ordered the bulk for the discount. To sum up, i gave them till yesterday to simply reply. So, here i am, not knowing if ive been robbed or just a victim of the crappiest cust. Service of ALL TIME, ever.? (oh, the other company i ordered from delivered this morning)
