Never heard of the company, deposited funds into my checking account without e signature, debeted on wrong dates

I applied for an internet pay day loan without signing in e signatures and received funding from this company i never heard of. I did not apply with this company and did not find the money til a week later, now the company is depted my bank account on the wrong days. I do'nt know what to do with them not having my signature. I will contact an attorney since i am better financially.
