I went through LendingTree.com to apply for a loan with best rate available. Multiple lender were send to me one in particular Hydra Fund I texted me 6/12 they had approved my loan.
After reviewing the loans I went with my credit unions offer. Checking my account I noticed Hydra FUnd 1 had deposited 300.00 into my account I DID NOT Authorize this and texted them back to remove money immediately they were in my account without authorization!!! I checked several times money sat in account on June 24 and again on July 8 they removed 90.00 from my account. I contacted Hydra fund 1 by phone as the number was now in my bank account they were not willing to remove the funds and stated " when you applied for the loan you received the money immediately"! You wanted money fast you got that.
No I asked for the best loan from competing lenders I did not choose Hydra Fund 1 and I have both texted on my phone also the amount was not even close to what I asked for and received from my credit union.
Now I have had to file a complaint with my bank to put stop holds on this company as well as file with BBB.
Phone number doesn't match address on web and when called the customer service people will not give out their address. SCAMMERS!!!
Waiting to see when I get my money back.
