I just received a letter stating that "I can settle my account in 3 or 6 payments" for a credit card that does not exist. The letter states that I owe a balance of $1,182.26 for a First Premier/Premier Bankcard that I have never owned. I can either pay $236.46 in 3 payments or $295.56 in 6 payments. Is there any class action lawsuits that are pending? If so, I would love to add my name to the list
