I was a tenat renting the 2nd floor apartment that gave me alot of problems,
The walls and floors in my apartment were so thin i couldnt walk in my own apartment with out disturbin the neighbor downstairs even with carpeting on my floor I got complaints all the time, and the land lord next door complained about my TV to loud in my apartment, it was a waste of money and speak of a waste of money the land lord raised my rent, served me eviction notice, took me to court, charged me high court fees and whene i refuse to pay he kept my security deposit and had my wages Garnished for an apartment that gave ME! Problem
