I worked at this racket for 10 years from 1989-99.
After an unblemished work record over that period, I came to be treated as a criminal during my final 3 1/2 weeks there.
Why? My position was no longer needed (which is understandable).
What is unforgiveable is how this racket tried to make it appear as if I had been let go for cause (INSUBORDINATION), when I was being let go purely for economic reasons.
I believe that they do this in order to attempt to avoid paying any Unemployment.
I took my denial of UC benefits to case to a hearing. Ther scumbags did not bother to appear, and hence I won the benefits to which I was entitled, by default.
Any company that treats its employees in this manner just to save a few $, will obviously show even less concern for its policyholders, as is evident by the number of complaints which appear here about this racket.
