I was in an auto accident in October and could not work. I had full coverage insurance and with that insurance I made sure I also put disability insurance on my auto in case I should ever not be able to make my payments. The insurance company started paying both my truck and motorcycle and have paid for it for a little over a year.
Now all of a sudden they stopped. I have had my auto picked up from my bank for non payment on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon it was returned. Why because it was still under disability insurance. They wanted all my Doctors to write a letter stating I could go back to work, I can't I am waiting on surgery. I can't stand or sit for any length of time.
I'm in so much pain I am in bed most of the day and my Mother has to help me out of bed. The insurance company wants me to go back to work and my Doctors say not only NO but Hell no. I could become parilizalize with any wrong move. I don't understand how an insurance company starts paying what you have paid for and stop. It would be different if I was back to work, but I'm not.
