In Oct 16, I cancelled by phone a life insurance policy with CUNA Mutual. I continued to receive bills, so in Dec, and Feb, I contacted, by phone, their member representative. I was told my account is closed.
April 12, I received a notice saying an account was opened for me onApril 5, to pay my arrears from Feb.
I closed this account! I was told my CUNA that this account is closed. Why am I still being billed, and why do I now have a loan without my consent, to cover this bill!
