Bank Of America
Bank of America has misleading commercials. Their policy generates enormous unfair fees. Rip-off!

B of A's new misleading commercials that explain how your account is updated instantly if you use your Visa Checking Card are purposely misleading the public. This generates huge irreversable fees. Also, their "courtesy" of clearing the largest withdrawals first and returning smaller charges can cost you a small fortune if you make a mistake. A mistake that is easy to make in conjunction with the commercials mentioned above. You see it's 33 bucks for each overdraft. For instance, if you have 5 items that would put you over the limit, they will pay the largest one first so that the other 4 can be returned. This generates a fee that is 5 times more, and they call this a courtesy.

When B of A makes a mistake, like they did last week when they withdrew 500 bucks from my account accidentally because of a machine error, they pay you zero. To make it worse they told me is was not their fault. It was the ATM's fault. Well they own the ATM and it's friggin connected to the bank. I've been contacted by one attorney from another site regarding a class action law suit.

The last supervisor I spoke with was David Parra, he was a nice person but totally useless as the bank has tied his hands. My family is quite wealthy. I'm sort of the black sheep but I still make over 150K a year. My family is withdrawing their corporate accounts next week because of my experience. That should open some eyes over there.

I'm closing my account immediatley and moving it to (name deleted by usacomplaints.com). I've used (name removed by usacomplaints.com) for years and they are just great. They can actually help you and are willing to work with you.

Pretty soon it's going to be Bank of Mexico anyway. Nothing against my mexican friends but they need a less educated clientel to keep these practices going.

Sincerely

David
