Was informed three times, written down that I had been eligible for a-10% off Homedepot Discount card. It's today per month later, I've about $3000 value of products I have to purchase At Home Website and that I still do not have the card. Whenever you contact customer support, you cannot be used in a supervisor, or are you able to obtain a supervisor's title. All of the support representative may do is e-mail to some common container and also have somebody in the "share of administrators" return your phone with-in 48 hours. That is terrible support. I dislike to think about how unhappy I'd be easily had really requested providers through them versus being provided the marketing by my electric company. Don't utilize them!!!
