CIC Credit Monitoring ripoff Decatu

I logged on for a free credit report, I never recieved access to it. I left an email saying I didn't not want there service any longer. I then got an automated reply. I never hear from them until they charged my bank account. When I called them I to find out what was going they were very rude.
