Completely rips off hard-working honest people

I saw an ad in a local paper for guaranteed loans. I called the number and spoke with a very nice lady who took my personal information and asked me to call back the next morning. I called back, and guess what-Great News, all of my bills were going to be able to get caught up and everything would be alright. Even with my poor credit, I was going to get 8% interest on the loan, payments I could afford.

She said the lending department would fax to me what they need soon, to look over it then to contact them. I received the fax and looked over the info. I called them back and tried to discuss the deposit they required, maybe could they take it out of the loan or something like that. Absolutely not, you had to send a money order. This was when my stupid cells kicked in and I rushed to the bank and the UPS store and overnighted the info and the deposit right away.

I called the next day and verified that my info had been received. It had (little did I know that it was received at Mailboxes Etc., this is the address they use). A couple af days later, I was told the funds would be available to me on Sept. 2. On August 30th, I received a call stating that "all of my information was received and it all looked good and that I would receive my funds Sept. 10th".

I then got a little frustrated with the lady and said that I was told Sept. 2, more likely August 31st. At this point, she started to yell at me that it was not her fault (that is horrible customer service). She then said that I could talk to Eric Young at 12:30 their time, that was when he came in. We hung the phone up and I waited about 20 minutes. I called back to the main number and was very polite and asked to check the status of my loan.

I gave them my name and was put on hold. The lady came back on and told me everything looked good and that I would have the funds Sept. 10th by 5:35 P.M. Est. I stated that I was originally told Sept. 2, probably August 31st. She said that since that was what I was originally toldthose dates she would write those down and have a loan officer contact me within the next couple of hours. At about 1:00 P.M. EST, I called back and very nicely asked if Eric Young was available.

The attitude on the other end of the phone sprang into action. I was told He would call me back by 4:30 and they took my name and number. That was on August 30th. It is now almost two weeks later and I have not been called or been able to make contact since that day. I have left numerous messages to a voice-mail that says"your call is very important to us". Now the number is mysteriously temporarily unavailable. These are top-of-the line con-artists who are stealing large amounts of money from people who are already in financial distress.
