Ripoff Unauthorized 9.95 charge to my credit card account

I subscribed to an Experian free report as advertised on their web site. They said that if I cancel within one month, no charge will be applied, otherwise there's a membership fee of $9.95/mo. The second day after I got my report, I canceled my account. Although I asked for a confirmation email, they refused.

One month later, I got a charge of 9.95 into my credit card account. I asked them to reverse it, and they refused (actually told me they would reverse it within 90 days, but i guess it's just a trick to allow the Dispute period to pass)

I had to go through a Visa dispute process to get those money back, but it worked. Whew, shady business!
