I received information by mail - to restablish my credit. I give the customer service rep. My account and rounting# for my bank. $299.00 was taken out my account June 1 - I never recieved package for credit card. I have call the CCR - every week for since that day. I spoke with numerous of rep (Tommy, Linda, Sheila - if their name are true. The month of August I was requested a refund and I was told that the system will update every Friday with refund dates. So I call every Friday. Now, Sept 8th the same message. I very upset and hurt.
