After geting a mortgage 11yrs. Ago with option one mortgage co. They changed there name to american home mortage. Then after a few yrs. We aied for the obahma loan mod. Was accepted, made 4 monthly pmts. Then denied my next pymt. And started foreclosure against us out of noware. Then now they changed co. Name to homeward resedental, we still have the foreclosure tbreat and they get to go for a change and whipe there slate clean. How can i get help to stay in my home and not be another homeless family wben our social service system is too crowded and the shelters are full.
