On July 6 I went to the Bank at Loch Raven Baltimore attempt to asked for a Account Info Print out which contain the date of account opening and balance, monthly statements, I got refuse the first time I asked, a lady with a TAG name KIA told me that I need to pay $10 dollar and wait for 5-7 business day to obtain this "reference printout"
My brother just got his print out on June 6 without waiting for 5-7 day, I have to go home and get my brother's printout to show another guy in the bank and telling him I asked for this printout and I was rejected. Well, he seemingly does not want to hear what I am about to say and asked the lady KIA to print what I want for me. She did and explained to me that what I asked is a Screen PRINT which she expected me to know at the first time?! I do not know what is that call, but what I got is a paper that contained the info. I asked for at the first time.

Obviously, KIA is not willing to help me, that is just too bad for this type of service, but a good thing is my brother did got help from other stuff in that BANK which mean there are still some nice people are working, but not KIA
