Sst They stole funds from me, unauthorized

In a letter dated March 24, Fairway Lending Corporation, notified me that the servicing of my automobile loan was being transferred to Systems & Services Technolegies (SST). From then March until 12/3/09 I have been sending my payments to SST. On November 30 SST did two (2) electronic withdrawals from my savings account, only was authorized. I notified SST immediately of the error and they apologized for the error and I was asked to submit proof, a print out showing the error, I did. I spoke w/a young lady by the name of Shanna. The next day I called and spoke w/Steve, who informed me that the statement had to be on bank stationary, I informed him that I was not told that when I spoke w/Shanna and he apologized and said that it was company policy. I went to the bank and asked them to fax a printout showing where they had drafted the two payments and the bank did. I called the next day to see if they had received the fax from the bank and was told no and informed that it could take up to three days for them to receive the fax; then I was asked what fax number I had it faxed to and I told them 1/866-311-3426 and I was told that I should have use 1/866/311-3423, I asked what was the difference, because I had used the 3426 # and the fax was received the same day.
I went to the bank and got the printout myself and faxed it to them again. For a week I was told that the faX had not been received ande until they received the fax there was nothing they could do.
On December 3 I received a letter from SST that my account had been transferred to Southside Financial Group for servicing. I called SST to inquire about them refunding my money and was told that all of my records had been transferred to Southside and I needed to contact them. I contacted Southside and was told by Justin, Dec. 15, that they just received my account and it had not been entered into the system and was also told by Justin that he would have his supervisor, Ms McCormack call me, which she never did. I called back on yesterday, 1/5 and Southside still could not tell me anything. Also I received my statement for January and there is a charge for $26.77 and they could not tell me what it was for and I informed them that I was not going to pay. I was told that I had to wait a month or so before they could get my account straight. I asked how many payments I had remaining and was told that they could not give me that information, I asked what was my pay off and was told a 30 day pay off would be $5,070. I asked why the balance on my statement was $4845.10 and my pay off would be $5,070 and was told that interest is added every 30 days from my payment date and I explained to her that my payment is due on the 24th so why am I being charged interest, the young lady couldn't explain it other than to say that the computer does it automatically.
Bottom line I want my money returned and my account cleared up.
