I had been billed a 30.00 service-fee on my bank account. I named customer support and was informed they transformed the certification for-free checking hence the charge. I inquired when they informed clients ahead of time. They stated these were certain clients were informed but couldn't inform me how or when. They called me to my local department Supervisor. I met together with her and he or she assured me-she might pay me the charge. Three months later nothing have been completed. I sent her. Her reaction suggested she'd no concept of our assembly. Later she sent me back stating the reimbursement was coming. It has been 60-days and he or she wont return emails.
