Had a small company consideration with lender of america that we currently closed. Started receiving 14.95 service charge each month for online bank, when named their cust. Support department they said I registered for anything named enterprise collection consideration administration I never did I had been informed it had been free for 3 months after which easily turned an edge client it'd just charge 0.05 more per month, today I’m recieving 29.95 regular maintenace charge despite the fact that I applied their company bank card when requested to stop it-they did but no discounts or apologies the client support representative was really unaware and proceeded to inform me to pay for focus on my balances with online bank.

Bank of America must provide courtesy classes for their support representatives in California and also have thought for all those clients who don’t possess a pc or wish to accomplish online bank. All Bank of America really wants to do IMO is nickel and cent their clients I’ve had a merchant account together for near to ten years, today I'll stay with my regional lender atleast their customer support and methods spend some time explaing not only introducing items with no clients understanding. SHAME YOU BoA for “ripping off” clients that had rely upon your lender.
