I have received calls at my office and emails from ACS Legal Group threatening arrest and showing up at my work place. Calls were received from Florida and California. They told me I had outstanding payday loans that I owed and if I did not pay immediately, they would have been arrested at my work place. I have no payday loans whatsoever. When I told them this and demanded proof of signature they replied "expect a visit from the police" and hung up. This is a fraudulent company and the FBI Fraud Division has been notified.
