Ripoff and refusal to make amends

I noticed a charge for nearly $80 on my credit card for last month. I called the number. They said that after my 30-day free trial, they automatically signed me up for a membership. I said I never authorized such a gimmick, and wouldn't have used their service if it had been advertised this way. My bank seems willing to deal with it, and were familiar with it...
