Hello,
AVOID MIRACLEFRUITTAB AT ALL COSTS
I am warning other purchasers about the owner of the website MiracleFruitTab i had previously been using this seller for over 2 years to process the odd plant shipment for me and for my store they would send out international plant orders for me, to say the least his customer support had always been bad but recently took a turn for the worst.
I purchased 2 international plant orders which were never sent and the seller even lied and told me they had been shipped. One order was for 2 18 inch miracle fruit plants to be shipped to the Netherlands, The other was another 2 18 inch miracle fruit plants shipped to Canada.
The seller happily told me the shipping costs for these countries and replied quickly when i was in the process of paying him. I recieved emails from my customers claiming they had not recieved their plants, after Weeks of Contacting Thomas Vu and receieving no response i was getting worried. Out of no where he said he had been on vacation and would sort me out the tracking number soon when he's back (that weekend).
Long story short i have not heard from him since and i have sent countless emails... Both customers opened disputes with me and i lost over $400 because the seller could not just simply supply me tracking numbers for the orders and persisted to lie about them being sent in the first place... He dragged it out so long in the end and made me think they were being sent that it meant i could not open a dispute against him in the end as it had gone past the period i was able to on Paypal.
Now i am Being ignored and have not heard from him since after countless emails asking for a refund and why he did not just send me a tracking number so i did not have to loose money on the orders.
If this is how he treats his resellers after 2 years of regular payments and orders imagine how he treats his regular customers?
Stay away from this shady seller and take your money to legitimate stores that has customer care and do not steal your money and then lie.
(ATTACHED IS EVIDENCE OF THE TRACKING I WAS PROMISED BUT NEVER RECIEVED and Proof of Payment to him originally for one of the orders, the other order i could not locate as it was from months back) sent
