I have had repeated problems logging in to the "new" GoGECapital website at www.gogecapital.com. Their "enhanced security" features are designed to lock you out for no apparent reason. I have repeatedly called their "customer service" lines only to be told over and over to "wait two hours" and try to login again when your account is unlocked. I have done this over and over and the account is never unlocked. How are we to check our account status when we can't login? It appears to be a scam to get more interest and late charges if payments aren't processed on time due to users unable to access their accounts on the GoGECapital website. What can we do about it? Looks like GE Capital is just too big to care about customer service or is deliberately locking people out so they can't check their account status, payment due dates, or make their monthly payments on time. If this isn't the biggest ripoff of all time! I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. Are these grounds for a class action lawsuit? Seems like a common problem from all the posts and responses I've seen on the subject...
