I've yet to determine my purchase.
I called over five occasions, no body replies or returns my calls.
Only one time following a month has somebody e mailed me and stated my purchase was in "delay" since my cello was sold-out? Really? Never stated that on the site. Fraud possibly?
I've required a reimbursement, never got one. Since my charge card was billed before delivery seems like a fraud.
Five days before I popped an incident using the BBB, and also have yet to possess Terri Lee response, possibly since this entire organization is just a scam.
