The letter that I attemped to write to the email address they provided me of [email protected] is self explainatory. It is cut and pasted below. Just to let you know I received the email back because it was "undeliverable" yahoo said...

My name is Onya Cedeno and I had filled out information online to possibly receive a payday loan. I am not even sure who you guys are or how you actually got my bank account information but you have been withdrawing money out of my account for the past few weeks without my permission and you have NOT provided me with any valuable service. I do not appreciate being stolen from!
I call your so called customer service # which I had gotten from my bank. I initially called my bank because the description listed for the $8.42 per week deduction was entitled CHECKS, which I do not order nor do I use so I called my bank to see why they ordered me checks and the bank told me they were not the ones who did the withdrawals. So I called the 1-877-807-4709 that the bank gave me and was told by your customer service rep that I would be refunded all of what was deducted from my checking account which totaled up to be $25.26. However, as I looked at my statement today ONLY $8.42 was refunded!
I am a single mother of four children who depend on me to provide for them. I can not do that if I am being scammed out of my hard earned money. You may not think that $16.94 is not worth all the fuss. However, every penny counts to me because I am the only provider. I filled out an application on the internet to possibly get a payday loan, which you did not even provide to me. I decided against getting one altogether and a week later you start withdrawing money out of my account which I did not authorize!
I called your customer service number back today to ask why my money was not totally refunded and he told me it would not be because they have my voice recorded giving them permission to sign me up which is total BULL because I dont even have a home or cell phone to do so, thats why I had to do the application on the internet in the first place. I then ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they said they dont have one. How is that so? I was told that I had to fax 1-800-301-6024 just to get someone to call me back, which I do not have access to unless I'm at work. I'm not sure how many people give out there personal information thinking that they are getting a payday loan only to discover that they are then the ones paying out to YOUR company. I am very dissatisified and I would like to speak to a supervisor or manager I can be reached @ between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm. All I would like is my money back in the sum of $16.94. Please call me as soon as possible.
