My wife's account activity today showed an unauthorized telephone check for $87 Paid to the order of PRIME BENEFITS... We have not authorized any checks over the phone (as a rule to avoid such matters as this)..

In reviewing this site for similar ripoffs, we have noticed Bank of America accounts being affected... We also are a Bank of America customer...
