I noticed an unauthorized check paid to PRIME BENEFITS FOR $87.00 on August 27 from my checking account at Bank One.
I have never heard of this company and have no idea what they do. Upon investigating the company via the internet, I came upon reports of fraud by the same company for the same amount.
The home address on the check is also incorrect! I have not lived at that address in more than a year. What can I do?
