I am trying to get my funds released that US Bank claims they can put a 2 week hold on since I tried to use my giftcard at the pump. Nowhere in the their printed terms and conditions does it say they can do this. No one would respond to my request. I have to go out of town for a family funeral and this was a gift from a friend to help me get there. Now I cannot and believe US Bank is using deceptive practices. Www.mygiftcardsite.com has no helpful information nor does any representative seem to care.
