Mastercard (US Bank & mygiftcardsite.com) gift-card-activity log shows a discrepancy between the amount appearing upon the receipts and the amount deducted from my gift card balance. For example, Donatos receipt $16.89 ($20.26 deducted from gift card balance); Panera receipt $5.00, ($6.00 deducted from gift card balance); Panera receipt $3.79 ($4.54 deducted from gift card balance). These erroneous charges (being an allegation) makes me suspicious of unethical practices by this bank (card issuer).
