I am extremely disappointed with this company. Their customer service reps are impersonal and dismissive. This company cashed a check of mine and LOST it. When I called (three or four times) they acted like it was no big deal. They treated me like just another annoying customer instead of accepting that this was their fault. I'm still working on fixing this problem, and then I am leaving Sallie Mae.
