My wife has an account with bank of america and after reading all the threads its the same bs, we are having the same problems with our money being posted late and getting over draft fees for no reason. Can we have a class action lawsuit we have other problems two our insurance was revoked because of them not posting our money in the bank on time so we asked for a letter wich took forever to send to the insurance agent.
We finally recieved the letter, to our mistake we should have made a copy of the letter. We called back bank of america to get a second letter and every time we talk to them they label it our fault for having the insuficient funds. After they go into their compuiters and realize it was there mistake they say they will send another letter but it has been weeks and we haven't recieved it.
