Well i have read most all of the complaints from everyone and can sympathize with you which is something this company does not do. My husband and I decided that we should try to get some extra money back in our taxes so we signed up with Tax Ready and then decided that it was something that we just didnt have time for because too many things were going on in our lives.
Well i followed their cancellation policy to a tee... Faxed the cancellation letter... Confirmed they recieved it and spoke with someone in the compliance department, Mr Graziano, who agreeded that we cancelled and said that we would recieve our refund within 30 days...
Well needless to say 30 days came and went with no cancellation refund. So I started with the phone calls with ok well we promise your refund will not go past 60 days... You will definitely have it before then... So I thought ok I'll give it until then... Guess what yup 60 days came and went and then i heard the story we will put you on our "priority list" and you will recieve your refund within the next week... in the mean time my husband got layed off. I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter and I am 7 1/2 months pregnant...
Ok so here it is almost near christmas and I thinking that these people would have some kind of heart and be understanding but all they did was pacify and make promises. I was really depending on the money to be able to at least be able to buy my daughter some christmas presents...
Then I spoke with Dexter Moore and he so devoutly promised my refund would be there on Dec 31 and yup you guessed it that day came and went to with phone call after phone call to Dexter with the response "I will have to call you back I dont have your file" or "someone has your file I will go get it and call you back in 5 minutes" nothing but excuse after excuse and all I can do is cry in frustration...
But, here I am still without a refund almost 90 days and I am at my wits end. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Nevada with no response yet... I would appreciate any help in getting my refund that you can give. Thanks for listening
