David William Lo is a professional 'con-man', liar and fraudster. He works on vulnerable individuals, pretending to help them, making friends with them for one intent only & to rip them off. He'll smooth talk you into loaning him money because of some unfortunate circumstance in his life. He'll offer you "discounts" on retail items through his wide variety of "connections". He'll offer you products at wholesale prices. The products never materialize.
Over time, he may return a fraction of the money loaned only to build a "trusting" relationship with a victim. He'll introduce you to his young son pretending to be a good family man. He'll then ask for more money at which time the victim begins to feel entrapped thinking that; "If I don't loan him more, then he may be angered into not repaying me anything".
Eventually, David Lo will just disappear, not phone or communicate anymore. He'll change his phone number, give you false addresses, and make you search him out in his elusive, underground lifestyle. He'll make life 'impossible' and exceptionally miserable for you. He's the most destructive individual I have ever met.
David Lo speaks like a trustworthy person. He builds a picture of 'credibility' about him.in all reality & he is a total "Lo-life".
I am 60 years old and am a pretty good judge of character. But David Lo caught me at a most vulnerable time in life with alot of death and tragedy recently, involving many legal issues.
I have filed a small claims court judgement against David Lo. Upon Lo's 'failure to respond' in 14 days from being served, his 'no-show' in court, and therefore, in his 'Default' status, the Court has granted me an order for Mr. Lo to repay me $16,560.00 plus costs and interest.
Because David does his business underground, I have no way of garnisheeing wages from any employer or place any liens on property. I may have to return to court and then request an enforcement order to be issued against Lo. I believe that a warrant would then be issued out for his arrest.
Nevertheless, our "justice" system has not made anything easy for any victim of such fraud cases. "Collecting" is strictly, a victim driven process.
Ultimately, I now have learned of several others that have also been messed with and ripped-off by David Lo.
One of my biggest regrets in life is having to cross paths with the devil himself & in the name of - David William Lo.
