Security Mutual Insurance Company has cancelled my homeowners policy due to a non-claim, non-payment for identity theft of my ATM card in November. I was a victim then and a victim now. This has caused a negative impact on my record. How come I am being penalzied for a crime that was not my fault? Let me point out also, that my homeowners policy indicates a payment of up to $10,000
for expenses incurred from an identify theft. Go figure! Insurance companies
claim to guarantee payment for an incident or loss, but when claimed - cancel you
from the policy. However, my identify theft was not-paid.
