My husband and I do not own our home yet he took out a fraudulant HOMEOWNERS policy in both of our names. I didn't find out until the adjuster Allen Fuller contacted me to ask me to make a statement as to this caim. I advised him my husband was just arressted for felony theft charges, we never owned a home, and I gave no permission or signed any papers to be part of this policy.
Mr. Fuller insisted on meeting with me and said the claim was for a substantial amount of money and it was to my "bennifit" to meet with him. I instructed him I was reporting this fraudulant claim and policy to the attorney General which I did and Mr. Fuller told Attorney Generals office there was a policy but no claim had been made. They said becuase there ws no claim they would not investigate further.
I have 3 very detailed messages from Mr. Fuller about this claim in his effort to talk to me and I stressed to the Attorney General about the policy itself as to me not giving permission exc. They said get a private Attorney. If any Attorney reads this and would like to persue suing this company on my behalf that would be great if nothing else PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND IT'S ASSOCIATED THIRD PARTIES. Apparently anyone can take out policys on behalf of others at this company. Unbelievable no wonder there's tons of insurance fraud the adjusters and companys (some) are just as corrupt as some of there customers
