Cancellation of autorenewal did not save

I terminated the auto-renewal instantly after I registered simply because they place unauthorized fees on my card previously. I offered the organization the advantage of the question (pc mistake) and approved a unique present / test interval, BUT I ensured I terminated the auto-renewal instantly. Today I'm confident this can be a fraud. The termination procedure is simple enough to complete however it doesn't save or register. There's no termination notice and so you've no evidence. This can be a fraud. Customer support doesn't reply the telephone, plus they don't answer email. There is no toll free range... Email worked this year - unsure it is still appropriate. Yet another thing to notice: once you stop the membership you CAn't obtain a password-reset since officially that you don't have an energetic consideration. That's the only path to show you terminated the auto-renewal!!!
