Our charge card was billed for an order on 8/19. Presumably it had been for a computerized restoration of one's item. I never approved an automatic renewal. I terminated my subscribers 2 yrs before so when this occurred again this past year, I talked together with your customer support representative who assured me my membership have been terminated and there is no agreement for automatic renewal. I've not saved the merchandise when I never requested it. I don't have an order quantity or an order confirmation number when I never requested the merchandise. Plus, you never delivered me a of the supposed purchase to my current email address. I'd like the cash billed to my charge card, $66.88 returned in my experience and also the automated restoration terminated as well as the membership terminated and an reassurance from you this hasbeen looked after and certainly will never occur again! You may even stop my capability to down-load your produce when I don't want to buy. Actually, I don't understand where you can discover it to gain access to it easily did want to buy.
