Bit Defender has an auto renewal scam (that you know nothing about). The website says they will send you an email 7 days prior to auto renewal with instructions on how to cancel. They do NOT send any such email. It took my 30 minutes to work out how to cancel this fraud. Avangate refused my request for a refund on the basis that auto renewal is opt-out and I did not opt-out! I uninstalled the product months ago because it is simply awful. Auto renewal is tantamount to fraud and people need to be aware of this company and its unethical practices!
