Rip-off! Taking money out of my account without me knowing

I went on the internet for free credit report. I filled in all the necassary things in the boxes. It said you need an access code it will be mailed to you never came its now august i was taken for 8.95 dollars for may june and july i got in touch with them and stopped it but want my money back.
