Lori Taylor from Vacation Propoerty Marketing contacted us to sell our Timeshare. She promised "it would easliy sell within 90 days." She spent a lot of time explaining how many corporate buyers and renters would be interested in our property and she would have "no trouble" selling it in the 90 day period for a price THAT SHE RECOMMENDED. She always closed our conversation by saying "have a blessed day." Truly a scam artist who the Client Services supervisor says now "does not work for Vacation Property Marketing" and "was not our agent, only a salesperson."
This is a $1500. Scam for those who are honestly trying to sell their propoerty. No contact from the company about the status of the marketing; no evidence to prove they have done anything for their $1500; and when I called to inquire about it I got an abusive supervisor - Victoria on the telephone. She recommended dropping the sales price but would not provide information - name or address - for their corporate attorney for me to send a letter to regarding a refund. She hung up on me after I asked a second time. Adds up to a confidence scheme.
